At Office Chairs Unlimited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your seating solution. If your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Disassemble and Pack
Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components back into the original shipping carton with the original protective packaging materials.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our distribution center using a carrier of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to ensure it is in like-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
